CYQ Certificate in Training in Different Environments, Level 3

"Flexibility to train away from the gym - in the great outdoors, home or office"

The Certificate in Training in Different Environments is one of the five core course modules of the CYQ Certificate in Personal Training. It can also be taken as a stand-alone qualification. The course explores a range of portable equipment that can be used away from the gym and the benefits of walking providing options to train in the home or office or outdoors.
