How to Enrol
|
You can choose to either download an Enrolment Form or simply enrol and pay Online. Before you do that, please take a moment to read through the information on the General Course Information page and then return to this page.

Enrol Online
To enrol Online go to the course description page you are interested in and click the 'ENROL' button at the top and follow the on-screen instructions from there. You will be asked to read the Terms and Conditions and shown dates and a brief description of the course modules. Note: if you enrol Online payment is required in full.

Download an Enrolment Form
You may prefer to complete an Enrolment Form and sent it into the YMCA in Cambridge together with your payment. You may also pay by credit/debit card by ringing Julie Mills at the YMCA Cambridge office on the number above, or you may wish to come into the office and pay in person. Payment methods and the cancellations policy are given below and in further detail in the Terms and Conditions attached to the Enrolment Form. Note: when you complete and sign the Enrolment Form you are asked to confirm that you have read and understood the Terms and Conditions. If you are not sure about them or have any questions, please ring Julie.
- A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your place on the course and must be sent with your Enrolment Form (see the Prices, Deposits and Discounts page for the amount of the deposit required for your course)
- Note: if the course is less than four weeks away, payment is required in full
- Cheques should be made payable to YMCA Cambridgeshire & Peterborough
- Payment can also be made by telephone or in person by credit or debit card. Note: there is a 3% charge on all credit card payments
- Cancellations policy - course cancellations must be made in writing: verbal communication will not be accepted - see Terms and Conditions

Course Cancellations
On rare occasions it may be necessary for the YMCA Cambridgeshire & Peterborough to cancel or re-arrange a course - if, for example, there are insufficient numbers. Full-time courses: you will be given the opportunity to transfer the fees you have paid to another course or to request a full refund (see Terms and Conditions, 23.5). Online courses: you will be able to transfer to another date at no additional cost (see Terms and Conditions, 7.4).

Course Transfers
Please note: there is an administrative charge equivalent to the value of the course deposit for any student wishing to transfer their course. This includes transfers from a Full-time to an Online course (see Terms and Conditions, 23).
