| Julie Martin - Sports, Exercise and Fitness Manager Julie has over 17 years experience in the fitness industry. She has built on the YMCA's reputation as a provider of health and exercise facilities by creating the Fitness Training Programme and making it the centre of teaching excellence that it is today. One of Julie's many roles is to recognise trends within the Fitness Industry and to ensure that the courses delivered by the YMCA are up-to-date and industry-relevant. Julie's recent most innovation is to introduce the Level 3 Advanced Studio Instrucor qualification to the range of courses we deliver. | 
| Liz Smith - Marketing, Communications and Curriculum Developer Liz has a wealth of experience drawn from over 16 years of teaching in the fitness industry and loves to pass this experience on to her students. She is responsible for website design, course design and delivery and the development of the course curriculum. She is also Course Tutor on the popular Gym, Studio Instructor, Studio Resistance and Advanced Studio Instructor courses. | Paul Huzzey - Community Exercise Co-ordinator Paul has worked in the fitness industry for over 7 years. His work mainly involves working with people with various special needs in the YMCA Cambridge community based gym. He also teaches and assesses on our Level 2 and 3 courses.
