Are you looking for a job working with young people in supported housing where you can work in a friendly team environment?

Queen Anne House, based in the centre of Cambridge, houses and supports 78 young people aged 16-25 years old.

The YMCA offers both internal and external training opportunities and a gateway into the supported housing sector. We are looking for people of all ages and from a variety of backgrounds and to work in a lively and vibrant environment.

 
 
 

 

Project Worker

To promote the development of young people by implementing a key working and personal development programme, with a view to enabling residents to maintain their own accommodation after resettlement.  To maintain high standards of supervision and support in order to create a warm, caring and homely atmosphere.

  • You should have a good level of education and experience of working with young people
  • You should possess excellent interpersonal, team work and communication skills

Salary: £17,164 per annum, 40 hours per week
