Sessional Workers
Working with young people from 8-19 years old on an as and when required basis, usually a few hours per week, you will play a key role in implementing youth work activities at youth clubs on Thursday evenings and event days during the school holidays in the village of Girton.
You should possess excellent interpersonal skills to enable effective relationships with young people. It is essential that you have a good understanding of child protection issues and the ability to deliver and evaluate individual and group work.
